This isn't about perfectly posed pictures for social media. It is about showing up when you do not feel like it, working through physical limitations, and building a practice that actually lasts.

If there's one breed of people who are self-obsessed with their bodies, it's yoga practitioners. Not because of how we look, but because our practice has brought us closer to ourselves.

Full life will go, Parivritta Trikonasana (Revolved Triangle Pose) alignment will still keep coming. The practice of refining never ends.

I could make a reel talking about the benefits of yoga, but I won't. If you want to be better, for yourself, start practicing. Find your balance.

Teaching my body forgotten movements I've been scared of because of my spine. Your practice owes you nothing. You just have to keep showing up.

I turned up. I had 20% inclination, but I showed up, which means I gave 100%. A moment of Prasarita Padottanasana and a thought on discipline.

Life brings us many twists and turns. With each practice, we unravel something, a loose end at a time, only to look back and feel good that we made it to ourselves.

A senior teacher once told me, "The objective of life is to experience things." This is me in Ardha Matsyendrasana, musing on what that really means.

About My Practice & Musings

I keep my groups limited to 2 to 10 people because I need to use my 'spy eyes' to watch your screen and catch your posture quirks in real-time. I am not going to let you hide or flop, but I will be there to cheer you on when you get it right. We use props you already have at home, like a dupatta or a cushion, to make the movement accessible and effective.
