About this collection

I don’t believe in shortcuts. Before you try a backflip, we work on your conditioning and flexibility. You will train on high-density mats in the park or community hall, with me spotting every move until you get it right. Practice maadi, that is the only way.

Starting a journey in acrobatics isn't about being born with talent. It’s about building a body that can handle the movement. At my sessions in Kuvempu Rangamandira Park and our community halls, we strip everything down to basics.

The Foundation We start with the fundamentals: body awareness, core strength, and simple rolls. You cannot fly if you cannot land. We focus on:

  • Flexibility: Deep stretching to open up your range of motion.
  • Conditioning: Regular park-run warm-ups and bodyweight drills to build the explosive power needed for a backflip.
  • Technique: Whether it's a handstand or a cartwheel, we correct the form so your body learns the right path.

Safety First Safety is non-negotiable. I use high-density tumbling mats and portable air tracks to keep you safe. I personally spot every new trick. If you are learning a backflip for the first time, my hands are on you to guide your rotation and ensure you land safely.

Joining the Class Classes are high-energy group sessions. You will see 15 to 25 people of all ages—kids, teens, and adults—training together. This atmosphere pushes you to do better. If you are a working professional, we have weekend batches tailored to your schedule. Come to the park, join the group, and put in the work. Results will come.
