I believe in starting young to build a strong foundation for life. My classes help kids and youth develop movement, coordination, and confidence in a safe, fun group environment.

About Kids & Youth Training
I do not just stand and watch. My hands-on method means I am right there on the mats with your child, spotting their every move, fixing their form, and ensuring they learn their first cartwheels or backflips safely.
Start early, grow strong. That is the goal of my kids and youth batches. Whether your child is 3 years old or in their teens, I teach them to move with purpose. We focus on flexibility, coordination, and the basics of gymnastics—from simple somersaults to controlled cartwheels.
Safety is the first rule. I use high-density mats and portable air tracks at Kuvempu Rangamandira Park and our indoor facilities in Basaveshwara Nagar to ensure every landing is cushioned. I do not just teach; I am on the mats, manually spotting and guiding your child’s movements to prevent injury and build their confidence.
This training is not about winning trophies on day one. It is about 'practice practice practice'. We build the body through park run warmups, wall stretches, and bodyweight conditioning. You will see your child gain better body control, improved focus, and the strength to attempt moves they were afraid of earlier. Classes are conducted in mixed-age groups, which keeps the energy high and encourages students to learn from and support each other.
