About Taekwondo & Martial Arts
Where I Come From
Naanu halliyinda banda raitara maga (I'm a farmer's son from the village). I didn't get much fancy schooling, but martial arts is my real sadhane (achievement). For me, it's all about showing up, sweating it out, and practicing until it sticks. Nothing will work unless you do, antha naanu heLthini (that's what I always say).
What You'll Learn
- Taekwondo classes for kids and adults - we train together, like one big kutumba (family).
- Basics to pro: Poomsae (forms), stances, blocks, kicks, and punches. Traditional dobok uniform, real training, no shortcuts.
- Martial arts belt ranking system: Start as a beginner, work your way up, every belt earned the hard way.
- Self-defense training for beginners: Even 3-year-old kids join us to build confidence and learn to handle themselves, not just stay quiet.
- Kung-Fu and dynamic combat: For those wanting extra, I also teach fight choreography for movies.
How We Train
Group classes and personal coaching, sometimes indoors, sometimes on the park grass. Safety mats for high kicks and falls. We focus on discipline, strength, and flexibility—step by step, no rush.
Why Do This?
It's not just about fighting. It's about discipline, respecting yourself, struggling together, and celebrating when you earn your new belt and certificate. If you want to get stronger in mind and body, idu nimma jaaga (this is your place).
