Hands-On Gymnastics and Stunt Coaching
I do not just shout instructions from the corner. When you train with me, I am on the mat with you, spotting every move to keep you safe while you learn.
For beginners, I provide full support to help them learn a handstand, building their strength and balance from the ground up.
I am spotting a student as he learns a backflip off a ledge, providing the support needed to build his confidence and ensure a safe landing.
Practice makes perfect. I am always on the floor with my students, guiding them through drills and offering encouragement.
This shows the progression from a spotted handstand to a fluid back walkover. My hands-on coaching helps students transform their skills.
I assist a student with a partner acrobatic move, demonstrating how we build trust and communication within the team.
Even during indoor sessions, my focus is on safe, hands-on instruction, helping this young student master a back handspring.
About this collection
I don't believe in machines that do the work for you. When you are learning to backflip, cartwheel, or perform a new stunt, I am right there on the mat, spotting your weight and guiding your form. This is the only way to build muscle memory safely—by feeling the movement with my support until you are ready to do it alone.
If you want to learn to fly, you have to start on the ground. Whether you are a 3-year-old kid or an adult, the fear of falling is the same. That is why I do not use expensive machines that keep you isolated. I use thick crash mats and my own hands to ensure you are safe.
When we train at Kuvempu Rangamandira Park or indoors in Basaveshwara Nagar, my focus is 100 percent on your technique. I watch where your hands land, how you tuck your knees, and how you land. If your form is wrong, I correct it immediately. You do not need a fancy degree to understand gravity; you need constant practice.
I train beginners on the basics—forward rolls, cartwheels, and handstands. Once you master the foundation, we move to backflips, aerials, and complex stunt combinations. I provide the manual spotting support so you can push your limits without the fear of injury. My goal is simple. I want you to be strong and confident. If you are serious, I am serious. Come join us, put in the work, and the results will come. Nothing will work unless you do.
