My Personal Sadhane: Gymnastics and Acrobatics Practice
Nanu nimma raitara maga. I have no fancy degrees, just years of practice in my blood. These videos show my own sadhane—my discipline—to show you that if I can do it, you can too.
This is my story. I am a farmer's son from a village, and my achievement in life comes from dedication, not education. This is my sadhane.
A backflip over an obstacle. This is a tribute to all my supporters and to Appu sir's fans.
I started with nothing but the will to practice. This is the result of that hard work.
A layout step-out, a move that requires both power and grace. This is the skill I have built over years of practice.
Another backflip, another day of practice. I am proud of my journey from the village to becoming a coach.
A layout with a full twist. My skills are a testament to what can be achieved with pure dedication.
Preparing for a tumbling pass. Every move starts with focus and determination.
A backflip with a clean landing. This is the standard of excellence I set for myself and my students.
This backflip is for the fans of Appu boss. Your support gives me strength.
A twisting layout, showing the advanced skills I continue to practice and perfect.
About My Personal Sadhane
When you watch these videos, you are not seeing a staged studio environment. You are seeing real, park-based practice. I train on the same mats and surfaces that my students use in Basaveshwara Nagar. That is because the ground does not care about your excuses, only your repetitions. If you want to master a backflip or a layout, you need to be ready to put in the hours, just like I do every single day.
I started this journey in 2013 with nothing but a desire to move. I am a farmer's son from a village. I know what hard work is. My sadhane is not about looking perfect for the camera. It is about conditioning, repeating the basics, and pushing until my body knows the move by heart.
Why I train this way
Many people ask why I train in public parks instead of only in a studio. It is because movement should be accessible. If you can learn the fundamentals on a portable air track in a park, you can learn anywhere. My training style focuses on:
- Repetition: You see me doing the same flips over and over. That is the only way to build muscle memory.
- Adaptability: Whether you are 3 years old or a working professional, the mechanics of a flip are the same. We focus on the basics first.
- Safety: I am always hands-on. In these videos, you see the spotting techniques I use to ensure every student lands safely.
What this means for you
This is not a theoretical course. When you join my classes, you get the same intensity and the same commitment to form that I demand from myself. Whether you are coming for fitness, to learn a backflip, or to prepare for movie stunts, the process is simple. We show up, we practice, and we improve. If you are ready to stop talking and start moving, let’s get to work.
