About Gymnastics & Acrobatics
We make gymnastics and acrobatics feel like play, but every flip, stretch, and tumble is building something bigger in your child. Our classes are open to any kid 4 and up, no matter if they can't touch their toes or are already flipping around the house. I see kids come in shy and leave with a little more swagger and grit every week.
What We Work On
- Artistic floor routines for kids: Rolling, jumping, cartwheeling, all the way up to flips and more advanced moves.
- Acrobatics & tumbling: From handstands to aerials, we progress at each child’s own speed.
- Flexibility and mobility training for young athletes: We stretch every class, aiming for splits, backbends, and better movement.
- Strength & balance: Lots of drills, some on equipment like the balance beam, to help kids stay steady and get strong.
Beyond Just Skills
I see gymnastics shape not just bodies, but attitudes. Kids pick up discipline, focus, and a bit of courage. They learn to fall, get up, and try again. Some days are tough – not every move comes easy. But seeing them push through, cheering each other, that’s the real win.
Our Space
Small batches, lots of mats, and equipment that’s kid-sized and safe. Coaches watch closely and actually care about every kid’s progress. If your little one’s got energy to burn, or just wants to try something new, they’ll fit right in here.

My Story
We call ourselves UMC, but for us, it’s really The Champions Dojo. Started out believing martial arts isn’t just punches and kicks – it’s about respect, guts, and growing stronger inside. Nothing beats seeing a shy kid turn bold or watching our team win medals. We just opened in HSR with a crazy MMA fighting cage. We’re not just trainers, we’re one big squad, cheering each other on. That’s what keeps us fired up.
