About Our Daily Practice & Energy
We don't need fancy, air-conditioned gyms to learn gymnastics. Right here at the Basaveshwara Nagar park, we lay down high-density mats and air tracks to practice everything from basic cartwheels to advanced backflips under the open sky. You see exactly what you get: sweat, teamwork, and repetition. If you have the guts to show up, we have the space to help you fly.
Some people think you need a high-end studio to master acrobatics. I do not agree. My name is Giri Gowda, and I started this journey as a farmer's son with no formal education, just a belief in hard work. My mantra is simple: 'Nothing Will Work Unless You Do.' That is why we train outdoors and in community spaces—to teach you how to control your body in any environment.
How We Train
We focus on the basics first. Before you try a double backflip, you must master the walk, the handstand, and the bridge. Our sessions are built on:
- Conditioning: Rigorous warm-ups to wake up your muscles.
- Spotting: I am hands-on, physically supporting you through new moves so you stay safe.
- Group Energy: When you train with 15-25 other students, you push each other harder. Whether you are 3 years old or an adult, you learn, you fail, and you try again.
We provide the mats and the technical guidance for cinema-style stunts, flexibility, and Taekwondo. We do not do 'fancy.' We do repetition and practice. If you are ready to put in the work, come join us at Basaveshwara Nagar.
