About Youth Gymnastics Coaching
I coach gymnastics because I know it takes guts. To flip, balance, and keep trying even after falling - it’s not easy, but that’s where real confidence comes from. I want my students to stop thinking 'nanna kaiyalli aagalla' (I can't do it) and start believing in themselves, just like I learnt from training Appu sir, Puneeth Rajkumar. His attitude of ‘en madistira nanu madtini’ (Whatever you make me do, I will do it) is what I try to pass on.
What Training Looks Like
- I’m always right there on the mat, spotting and correcting, making sure safety comes first.
- We start every session with group warm-ups and conditioning. Team spirit is big here, but I also spend time one-on-one so each kid gets what they need.
- Foundation is everything. Without basics, the fancy tricks don’t stand up.
Skills We Work On
- Strength and flexibility come first: lots of stretching, core work, and drills for balance and coordination.
- On the floor, we begin with handstand and cartwheel lessons, then move to walkovers, safe tumbling training for children, and more advanced moves as students grow.
- Equipment training covers beam, bars, and vault, step-by-step. I always spot the tough stuff.
Where We Train
- Fully matted, safe indoor gym with pro equipment: beams, bars, vault, tumble trak, and plenty of pads.
Who Can Join?
-
Kids and teens, total beginners or those looking to push their skills. I focus on building confidence through gymnastics, not just medals.
-
We also run summer gymnastics camp for youth, with short programs for different ages.
We keep it gutsy, safe, and real. If your kid is ready to try, I’m here to train them.

My Story
Naanu Kumar, fitness coach from Bengaluru. Fitness is full life for me, not just a job. My classes run at Aerial Zone Gymnastics Academy, and I do personal training too. Gundige beku - need guts, not just muscles. Got to train Appu sir (Puneeth Rajkumar) once, his 'madona, en madistira nanu madtini' spirit stays with me. I want my students to feel that fire inside. When not coaching, I’m lifting, riding my bike, or chilling with nature and animals. Balance is everything.
My Work

Hands-on, Intense Training - My style is tough but supportive. I push for real functional strength and courage, not just looks.
Kids’ Flexibility and Strength - We teach kids everything from stretching basics to advanced flips. Discipline, confidence, and fun go together.
Personal Training for Adults - Want serious results? I guide adults in intense strength workouts, but you must come ready to give your best.
