About Kids' Gymnastics Coaching
Why We Coach
Kids walk in dreaming of flips, but what we really build here is discipline. Gymnastics is not just about flying through the air - it’s about getting stronger, inside and out. I love seeing kids change in a few months, not just in skills but in confidence.
How We Train
We swap screen time for strength time. My coaching is direct - you have to listen, focus, and do things right. Nidhāna māḍi (do it slowly), but do it right. A perfect forward roll matters more than a flashy, sloppy move. We push kids to do more, but always with purpose.
What Kids Learn
- Fun warm-ups and coordination games
- Basics: forward rolls, handstands (with support), cartwheels
- Core workouts for real strength and flexibility
- Stretching for splits and bridges
- Apparatus: balance beam, vault, uneven bars, floor routines
We keep things structured, so every child builds a solid base before moving up.
Programs for Every Kid
- Recreational gymnastics classes for kids (ages 3-14)
- Artistic gymnastics training for those who want to go deeper
- Competitive gymnastics coaching for kids who want to compete (selection-based)
What Matters Most
We’ve had kids win medals at CBSE Nationals, but honestly, the best part is watching them grow in confidence and skill. Whether your child wants to compete or just get stronger, banni, banni! (come, come!) Let’s get started.

Aerial Zone
My Story
Hey, we’re Aerial Zone. Gymnastics is kinda our life and Dr. Anuradha leads us with all her heart. Our place? Not just a gym, it’s where kids find their groove, build confidence, and sometimes, like Lekhana, end up dancing on TV! We care about medals, sure, but we love seeing kids laugh, mess up, try again. Our team’s got big experience, but it’s the small wins that make us proud. Come, be part of our madhouse.
My Work
Gymnastics, Aerobics & Fitness Classes - We coach kids in artistic and rhythmic gymnastics, aerobics, and regular fitness. All levels welcome.

Our Way of Teaching - We push for discipline, shout 'Go fast!', but there’s always time for silly fun after class.
Competition Training - Want medals? We prep kids for inter-school, CBSE Nationals, and more. Winning’s cool, trying is cooler.
Parent-Child Workout Sessions - Parents jump in sometimes! Try the moves, laugh with us, see what your kids are learning.
