About Kids' Gymnastics
Why We Do This
At Invictus Play, I see kids bursting with energy, and honestly, it’s hard to keep up sometimes. Instead of letting them sit around with phones or video games, we give them a space to run, jump, and actually discover what their bodies can do. Our kids’ gymnastics isn’t just about flips - it’s about building confidence through gymnastics and letting kids trust themselves.
How We Teach
I keep things simple and fun. We start with the basics - like ‘Egg Rolls’ for control and ‘Pogo Jumps’ for tendon strength. Bear Crawls and Wall Squats sneak strength and flexibility into warm-ups. As they get the hang of things, we move onto the exciting stuff: handstands, backflips, and training on parallel bars, rings, and horizontal bars. Every session is packed with fun movement games for kids, so they never get bored.
Who’s Guiding
Coach Rahul leads our team, and he’s been doing gymnastics since he was a chotu (little one). With more than a decade in the sport, he knows how to keep things safe while making sure each child learns at their own pace. Kids get expert support and loads of encouragement - no scary drills, just safe gymnastics training for children.
What Changes
We see kids getting stronger, more flexible, and way more coordinated. But the best part? They walk out happier, more confident, and ready to tackle whatever comes their way - on or off the mat. Parents tell us their kids are more active, less shy, and actually love coming back.

My Story
We see kids bursting with energy, but so much of it gets lost behind screens. That bugged us. So, we started Invictus Play. For us, play is magic. It’s not just running around - it’s that spark when a kid does something they thought was impossible. Our coaches? Most of us grew up in sports, so we get it. We just want kids to feel strong, happy, and trust themselves. That’s what drives us.
My Work
Programs for Every Kid - Physical literacy for kids, playful gymnastics classes, personality development, and our kids boxing club. Ages 2.5 to 13.
Learning Through Play - We skip boring drills. Think tug of war, tail grab - games that teach coordination and teamwork.
Building Confidence - It’s more than fitness. We help kids trust themselves, grow confident, and feel good inside.
Thoughtful Sessions - Warm-ups, skill basics, then games. Coaches watch and guide every child, every time.
Screen-Free Zone - Kids move, make friends, build healthy habits. A real space for energy, not just sitting.
