About Kids Gymnastics Classes
Why I Love Coaching Kids
Watching kids hit their first cartwheel or finally nail that tricky handstand is honestly the best part of my job. Every new skill landed brings a “New Skill Alert!” moment - those smiles are just unbeatable.
Our Approach: Bevu Belladante (Bittersweet)
We bring a “bevu belladante” (a bit of the bitter with the sweet) vibe to every class. Yes, gymnastics has tough parts - discipline, drills, a lot of practice. But we mix it up with games, laughs, and a ton of encouragement. Here, it’s about building strong gymnasts and strong kiddos who can handle ups and downs.
What Kids Actually Do Here
- Start with the basics: forward/backward rolls, cartwheels, headstands, handstands against the wall
- Move to beginner tumbling for kids - walkovers, back handsprings, and even flips (saltos) as they grow
- Try out safe gymnastics equipment for kids: balance beam, rings, vault, all with close supervision
- Build flexibility and strength - stretching days, backbends, rope climbs, monkey bars (kids love these!)
- Partner activities and obstacle courses because learning is always better with friends
How We Teach
I’m all about the basics - strong foundations, clear teaching. Around here, you’ll hear things like “Eradu kaalallu jump madabeku” (jump with both legs!) or “Soft aagi land aagbeku” (land softly, please!). It’s these little details that matter. We keep it moving and playful, so kids stay excited to learn.
Beyond Just Flips
Gymnastics gives kids focus, confidence, and grit - stuff that helps way beyond the mat. Whether it’s a concentration game or pushing through a tough new skill, every class is about growing their minds as much as their muscles.

Elite Squad Gymnastics Academy
My Story
Hey, we’re Elite Squad. Not just a gymnastics academy, more like a hangout spot for our big, noisy family. Festivals like Ayudha Pooja get celebrated with all our kids and their parents – full-on fun, laughter, and some mischief too! Gymnastics here means discipline, sure, but also wild excitement. Watching a kid nail a back handspring or just giggle through a mind game, that’s what we live for. We’re always cheering, guiding, spotting, sometimes just goofing around.
