About this collection
Before I teach you a single flip, I teach you how to fall and how to hold your own weight. We train on mats and outdoor tracks at Kuvempu Park, focusing on basics like handstands, wall stretches, and core conditioning. It is not about natural talent; it is about practice maadi. You show up, you do the drills, and your body gets strong.
The Foundation of Every Move
Many people come to me wanting to do backflips or complex stunts immediately. I tell them the same thing: nothing will work unless you do. You cannot skip the drills. My conditioning sessions are designed to prepare your joints and muscles for high-impact movement. We focus on flexibility improvement first because a stiff body breaks, while a flexible body flies.
How We Train
Whether you are 3 years old or an adult, the method is the same:
- Basics First: We start with forward rolls, cartwheels, and handstands. You need to master these to build the confidence required for harder stunts.
- Outdoor & Indoor Mix: We utilize the Kuvempu Rangamandira Park for open-air conditioning and move to our Basaveshwara Nagar facility for focused mat work.
- Real Discipline: My classes are group-based, which creates energy. You see others pushing, and you push yourself. We do not use fancy equipment to do the work for you; we use bodyweight training to make you stronger.

This is not just for aspiring stuntmen. These classes are for anyone who wants to improve body control. If you have been sitting at a desk all week, my weekend sessions will open up your body and get you moving again. We do not just build muscle; we build the coordination required for daily life and advanced acrobatics alike.

I am Giri Gowda. I am a farmer's son, and I built Chang Lean on the belief that nothing works unless you do. I train everyone—from 3-year-olds to adults—using the same no-nonsense, hard-work approach I have used since 2013.
