Pricing Guide
Standard Recreational Batch
Schedule & Structure
- Frequency: Access to 2 or 3 scheduled sessions per week (Weekend or Weekday options).
- Duration: 60 to 90 minutes per session depending on the batch.
- Group Size: Training ratio estimated at 10:1 to 12:1.
Core Curriculum
- Flexibility: Guided routines for butterfly, pike fold, and progression toward full splits.
- Floor Skills: Fundamental tumbling including forward/backward rolls, cartwheels, wall assisted handstands, and bridges.
- Agility: High energy games to improve reflexes and warm up muscles.
Apparatus Basics
- Beam: Walking, dipping, and mounts on low height padded Vinex beams.
- Strength: Rope climbing and leg lifts on wall bars.
Facility Specs
- Venue: Semi outdoor facility with high ceiling industrial roofing and natural ventilation (No AC).
- Flooring: Full coverage with thick EVA puzzle mats and high density vinyl crash mats.
Intensive Advanced Batch
Schedule & Intensity
- Frequency: Fixed schedule allowing attendance 5 to 6 days per week (Monday to Saturday).
- Duration: Extended sessions of 90+ minutes for conditioning and repetition.
- Format: Higher individualized attention for spotting difficult moves.
Advanced Acrobatics
- Power Moves: Coaching for Back Handsprings, Front Handsprings, Round off Back Tucks, and Somersaults.
- Technique: Drills using wedge mats and octagonal tumblers to perfect aerial form.
- Conditioning: Intensive bodyweight circuits (pull ups, leg raises) for core strength.
Professional Apparatus Work
- Vault: Springboard launch techniques and horse clearance.
- Rings & Bars: Stability holds, skin the cat, swings, and dismounts on Roman Rings and Parallel/Uneven Bars.
- Goals: Preparation for district or state level inter club competitions.

Our Classes - Kids & Adults
- For kids (ages 4+), it’s all about fun drills and games, plus basics like forward rolls, cartwheels, and bar hangs. We keep it playful but safe, always spotting and guiding.
- Adults, don’t think it’s too late! Our beginner gymnastics program for adults is perfect whether you want to get fit, nail your first handstand, or just try something new. Everyone’s welcome, even if you’ve never done a cartwheel in your life.
- For those who want to push it, we help with handspring and flip progressions too.

My Story
Two years, just zipped by! We kicked off Flipgym with a tiny Ayudha Pooja, cake, and all our regulars—felt like one big family. Gymnastics is the base for every sport, we believe that. Our spot in Banashankari, with our Kannada name board (ಫಿಪ್ ಜಿಮ್), is more than a gym—it’s a real community. Kids and adults come here, learn, mess up, laugh, and nail their first backhandspring. That’s the magic for us.
My Work
Gymnastics for Kids & Adults - We train kids from age 4-5 and grown-ups too, with fun gymnastics classes for all levels.
Summer Camps - Every year, our gymnastics summer camp Bangalore is packed with games, learning, and lots of flips.
Skills & Techniques - Handstands, cartwheels, backhandspring training, aerials—learn basics and advanced moves across floor, bars, rings, beam.
