Nutrition & Lifestyle
- Diet Guide: A lifestyle based nutrition approach focusing on healthier swaps (e.g., Oats vs. Noodles) rather than strict macro counting.
- Habit Correction: Verbal guidance on hydration, sleep quality, and managing weekend food choices.
Facility Usage
- Zone Access: Guided usage of standard Weight Training and Cardio zones.
- Equipment Education: Comprehensive instruction on using machine locks, adjustments, and pulleys for safe operation.
Elite Transformation Coaching (24 Sessions/Month)

- Senior Coach Access: Sessions delivered by a head trainer specializing in body transformations and metabolic conditioning.
- Functional Zone Access: Utilization of the CrossFit and Functional areas incorporating Battle Ropes, Box Jumps, Tire Flips, and Kettlebell flows.
- Hypertrophy Techniques: Application of advanced methods like Drop sets, Super sets, and AMRAP to break training plateaus.
Precision Nutrition
- Macro Calculation: Customized meal plans calculated for specific caloric deficits or surpluses detailing Protein, Carbs, and Fats.
- Progress Tracking: Weekly weigh ins, body measurement tracking, and progress photos to monitor body composition changes.
