About Our Hybrid Method: Aerial Yoga & Mobility
You don't need to be a gymnast to start. We adjust the hammock height to support your specific range of motion, whether you are working around an old knee niggle or just trying to find some mobility. It is not just about the fancy inversions; we use the silks to decompress the spine and build that deep, steady core strength that regular mat work sometimes misses.
Why Aerial and Mobility Matter
We see too many people hitting the weights hard but ignoring their range of motion. That is why aerial yoga is a pillar of our Hybrid Method. It is not about doing splits; it is about creating space in your joints and building functional strength that carries over into your lifts and daily life.
Our Approach to Inversion
Whether you are an athlete looking to improve recovery or someone who spends ten hours a day at a desk, our aerial sessions are designed to help you reset.
- Decompression: We use the hammock to take the pressure off your spine, which is a massive relief for anyone with lower back stiffness.
- Core Engagement: You will realize how much core strength you actually have when you are trying to stabilize yourself in the air.
- Customized Difficulty: We offer progressions for every level. We start with basic supportive poses and work up to inversions only when your body is ready and balanced.
Part of the Elite Hybrid Tier
These sessions are included in our Elite Hybrid Athlete Training, where we mix boxing, lifting, and aerial work to keep you moving well. Our GK studio is set up to ensure you have the space to move, stretch, and safely explore these movements without the crowd and chaos of a big commercial gym. Come in, hang out, and see how much better your body feels when you give it the mobility it deserves.
