Hybrid Strength and Conditioning Classes
We combine traditional strength training with functional movement for a complete workout. Our GK-1 studio is built for everyone, from beginners to pros, who want real progress without the gym intimidation.
This is what we mean by hybrid training. We blend different workout styles to turn your 'I can't' into 'I crushed it'. From calisthenics like hanging leg raises to classic deadlifts, we keep your body guessing.
BRYK Strength is all about resistance training that focuses on proper lifting techniques. This is for all levels, helping you build a strong base, bryk by bryk.
Building strong shoulders with a seated kettlebell press. This exercise is great for developing overhead strength and stability.
This client is using a medicine ball for rotational slams, a powerful exercise that develops core strength and explosive power. You can hear the encouragement to push through the last few reps.
Functional training at its best. This client is performing bent-over rows with an aqua bag, which challenges her stability as the water shifts inside.
Using the landmine press to work on unilateral shoulder strength and core stability. This is a great alternative to traditional overhead presses.
The plank is a fundamental core exercise. Here, a client holds a strong forearm plank under our "DO EPIC SHIT" neon sign, which is pretty much our motto.
A creative shot through the gymnastic rings shows a client performing a single-arm kneeling pulldown on the cable machine, focusing on her back muscles.
This client is working on her pull-up progression, building the necessary back and arm strength to lift her own bodyweight.
A client holds a weight plate, getting ready for his next set. The gym is equipped with everything needed for a comprehensive strength program.
About Our Hybrid Method: Strength & Conditioning
You won’t find endless rows of unused machines here. Our hybrid sessions focus on a 1:3 trainer to client ratio, meaning you get actual eyes on your form while you lift. We use a mix of kettlebells, landmine presses, and functional tools that actually mimic how your body moves in real life, not just how it looks in a mirror.
Our approach to strength training in New Delhi is built on one simple rule: no copy-paste plans. Whether you are aiming for hypertrophy or just want to feel stronger during your daily commute, we adjust the load and intensity to fit your specific starting point.
Why Hybrid Training?
We don't just stick to heavy lifting. Our hybrid method blends resistance training with conditioning circuits. You might spend the first half of your session under the squat rack and the second half on the ski-erg or boxing bag. This keeps your heart rate up, burns more calories, and builds the kind of athletic capacity that actually lasts.
What to Expect
- Small Batches: Our semi-private groups are capped at three people. This keeps the environment intimate and ensures your trainer isn't distracted by a crowded floor.
- Equipment: We utilize everything from Olympic barbells and cable machines to aqua bags and Bosu balls. We change the equipment frequently to ensure your body keeps adapting.
- Progress Tracking: We don't guess. We track your weights, your form, and your progress over time. If you hit a plateau, we change the variables. It is about consistency, not crash-and-burn routines.
Training for Everyone
We have members in their 20s, 40s, and beyond. If you are worried about injuries, we pride ourselves on building programs that work around them, not through them. We focus on mobility flows and correct lifting cues to keep you in the game for the long haul. If you are tired of the big-box gym scene where you feel invisible, you will fit right in here.
