Our personal training sessions are well-structured and designed to prevent injury. We use a variety of equipment and techniques, like push-ups on an inverted bosu ball and dumbbell chest presses, to create a routine that is anything but cookie-cutter.
Personal training is about pushing your limits with a smile. Here, I'm guiding a client through a set of bent-over dumbbell rows, ensuring her form is perfect to maximize back strength and prevent injury. The laughter is just a bonus.
Building explosive power with proper technique. This client is performing a barbell clean, a complex lift that requires full-body coordination and strength. My job is to provide the cues and motivation to nail every rep.
Focusing on form is key, especially with foundational movements like the Romanian Deadlift (RDL). Here, a client is using a landmine attachment to perfect her hinge pattern, building strength in her hamstrings and glutes.
Assisted pull-ups are a fantastic way to build the strength needed for unassisted ones. This client is using the machine to work her back and biceps, getting stronger with every single rep.
An injury doesn't mean you stop. It means we adapt. This client is working on his boxing technique from a seated position while recovering from a leg injury, proving that there's always a way to train.
Building a strong core is essential for everything we do. I'm spotting a client as she works on her forearm stand (pincha mayurasana), providing stability and guidance to help her hold the inversion.
Working on back strength with chest-supported dumbbell rows. This exercise isolates the back muscles and is great for improving posture. You can see her focus in the mirror as she completes her set.
Perfecting the bent-over barbell row. This is a powerhouse exercise for building a strong upper back. We focus on keeping the back straight and pulling with the lats.
Building upper body and core strength with dips on parallettes. This is a challenging bodyweight exercise that we build up to over time.
