Welcome to BRYK Studio. I'm Manik, and this is our space where we transform, bryk by bryk. We blend everything from strength training and boxing to aerial yoga and ice baths to create a hybrid training program that gets you results and keeps you excited to show up.
Meet the BRYK TRIBE. Our semi-private training sessions give you the energy of a group with the focus of personal training. With a maximum of 3 people per batch, we build momentum together.
This is what our semi-private evening sessions look like. It's not just a class, it's a whole scene. We're all in it together, doing floor presses with single-leg glute bridges to build core strength and stability.
Who said workouts can't be fun? Our boxing personal training sessions are all about high energy, burning calories, and learning a new skill. Here, we're working on jump rope skills to improve cardio and coordination.
We love seeing our clients discover a new kind of strength with aerial yoga. Here, a member is being guided through a fun, supported swing in the aerial hammock, building confidence and body awareness.

You won't find identical workout charts here. We track your progress, not just your kilos, and tweak your plan based on how you actually feel—whether that is going heavy on deadlifts or needing a recovery-focused aerial yoga day.
We don’t do bland, one-size-fits-all training. If you have ever felt lost or awkward at a large gym, you will vibe with our space. Our hybrid method is about mixing different disciplines to keep things interesting, na? You might start with strength and conditioning to build a foundation, then move to boxing or kickboxing to blow off steam, or hop into aerial yoga when you need to improve mobility and decompress your spine.
Everything we do is built around the 'Bryk' philosophy: progress over perfection. Whether you are aiming for weight loss, muscle gain, or just want to feel more confident in your daily life, we look at the whole picture.
- The Tribe Factor: We offer semi-private training in a strict 1:3 ratio. You get the energy of a group, but the coaching focus of a personal session. It is the perfect balance for accountability.
- Recovery Matters: Pushing your limits is only half the battle. We have ice baths and assisted stretching to help you recover faster, so you don't get sidelined by soreness.
