KICK-BOX-CON
This is our flagship workout. We combine kickboxing techniques with boxing and high-intensity conditioning. Expect to burn up to 1000 calories while learning real defensive skills. It is perfect for those days when you need to leave the tension at the door. You will find yourself working on heavy bags, medicine balls, and TRX ropes, all choreographed to keep your heart rate up.
BOXCON
If you want to focus on form and strength, this is the one. We break down the fundamentals—your jab, your cross, your stance—and layer in bodyweight drills and strength exercises. It is not about how hard you hit, but how well you move. We keep the groups small enough that the coach can actually see your form and correct it.
What to Expect
We run these sessions in an air-conditioned studio with dynamic LED lighting and high-bass audio. It is a mood.
Practical stuff you need to know:
- Gear: We provide the heavy bags and conditioning equipment like jump ropes and floor mats.
- Hygiene: You must bring your own boxing gloves and hand wraps. If you forget them, we have them at the front desk.
- Levels: It truly does not matter if you have never thrown a punch or if you are a veteran. We have fresh faces and regulars mixing it up in every single session.
