- Safety First: Hand wrapping is a ritual here. It protects your knuckles and wrists, and yes, sometimes we turn it into a squat challenge while we wrap up.

- Skill Acquisition: From proper footwork drills to mastering a perfect jab-cross combination, you are learning the 'why' and 'how' of every move.
The Bryk Community
Our studio in GK-1 is built on the idea that fitness is for every age and every stage. We have everyone from first-timers in their 20s to pros.
