Aerial Yoga and Multi-Discipline Fitness Classes
We are more than just a gym in GK1. This is where our tribe comes to hang upside down, throw a few punches, and build real strength together.

About Additional Work
If you have never tried aerial yoga, the hammock might feel a bit intimidating at first. Just know that it is designed for beginners and pros alike. Our coaches provide hands-on spotting for every inversion, so you can trust the fabric and focus on getting that deep stretch without any fear of falling.
At BRYK Studio, we focus on moving, not just grinding. While the images here show the fun side of aerial—the inversions, the hanging poses, and the occasional struggle—the work we do here goes much deeper. Whether you are aiming to decompress your spine after a long day at the office or want to build functional strength that carries over to your daily life, our sessions are tailored to your starting point.
We are based right here in Greater Kailash-1, and our members are as diverse as the workouts we offer. You will find 20-somethings training alongside veterans, all sharing the same space. We mix it up with boxing, strength conditioning, and aerial flows because we know that doing the same movement every day gets boring. Our goal is to make sure you never feel left out, even if you are the one wobbling during a balance pose. If you need a specific type of training, reach out to us. We often put together cohorts and custom plans for those who want a more structured approach to their fitness goals.
Bryk Studio
We’re a slightly sweaty, community-first studio in GK1 where fitness feels less like a chore and more like a meetup with friends. We believe in building strength through laughter, patience, and a bit of chaos, whether you’re into aerial yoga, boxing, or just need a good spot to train.
