Restorative Aerial Yoga and Yin Sessions
Slow down and decompress. Our restorative aerial sessions use the hammock to hold poses longer, helping you release deep tension in a calm, meditative space.
This is the other side of aerial: Yin. We use the hammock to hold restorative poses, allowing time, not effort, to release deep-seated tension.

About Unwind & Restore
This isn't about burning calories or hitting a personal record. We use the aerial hammock to hold restorative poses for longer, letting gravity do the work to decompress your spine and release deep-seated tension in your connective tissues. It is the perfect antidote to the stress of a long work week in Delhi, and you do not need to be flexible to start.
Why Yin Aerial?
In a city that never stops moving, finding a moment to pause is rare. Our Yin-focused aerial classes are designed for exactly that. By using the support of the hammock, we remove the effort of holding yourself up, allowing you to sink deeper into stretches that target fascia and ligaments rather than just muscles.
What to Expect
Think of this as 'controlled chaos' that turns into deep relaxation. You will be using the hammock to support your body weight, which takes the pressure off your joints and helps open up tight areas like your hips and shoulders. Whether you are dealing with desk-job stiffness or just need a mental reset, these sessions help you move from a state of 'fight or flight' into a parasympathetic, restorative state.
Who is this for?
Everyone. Really. You do not need to be a gymnast or an expert yogi. Our classes at our GK1 studio are beginner-friendly. If you can breathe and find a bit of courage to let go, you are good to go. We focus on comfort and safety, with instructor guidance to ensure you feel secure while you hang, stretch, and eventually, drift into a light meditative state. It is all about balance, and sometimes, finding strength starts with learning how to fully let go.
