About More Ways to Train
You don't need to choose between boxing or yoga. We design our training weeks to mix heavy strength days with restorative aerial flows, which prevents burnout and actually helps your body recover faster. If you are bored of the same gym routine, this rotation is the fix.
When we started in GK-1, we saw people hitting walls. They would lift weights until they were bored or do cardio until they were tired. That is why we built a space for cross-discipline training. It is about being functional—you need strength for daily life, but you also need mobility to keep your joints healthy, and sometimes you just need to hit a bag to let go of the day’s stress.
Whether you are a seasoned lifter or someone who has never touched a dumbbell, our coaches help you scale every movement. We have specific cohorts for skill progression and open group classes for when you just want to sweat it out with the tribe.
We do not skip the recovery part, either. Our ice bath sessions are a staple here because they help with inflammation and honestly, they are a great way to bond with others in the community. It is about showing up, working hard, and maybe laughing at yourself when you wobble on the silk. We make sure you get the work in, but we keep it fun enough that you actually want to come back the next day.
