A real conversation with one of our prenatal yoga students. After a scan showed her baby was in a breech position, we provided guidance on Garbha Vidya, or fetal talk, alongside our yoga therapy. This powerful testimonial shows the outcome: a healthy baby boy born through normal delivery, demonstrating the profound impact of our holistic approach to pregnancy.
