Join our yoga family in Santacruz or online. We focus on alignment, breath, and taking it slow—because real progress takes time.

This is what our hybrid classes look like. We have students practicing right here in the Mumbai studio, while others join us live from their homes across the world. You get real-time guidance and the energy of a group class, no matter where you are.

With patience and consistent practice, you will surprise yourself with what your body can do. Here, we use wall support for inversions like Sirsasana (headstand), building strength and confidence safely. Remember, *thoda time lagega*, but we will get there together.

We often use props like chairs and ropes, inspired by Iyengar yoga, to help you get deeper into postures and maintain correct alignment. This makes yoga accessible for everyone, helping to work on specific areas like back pain and stiffness.

A class is never just about asanas. We always dedicate time to Pranayama, or breathwork. Here, students are practicing Anulom Vilom, a technique to balance energy and calm the mind.

Yoga is also about connection. We sometimes incorporate partner stretches to help each other go deeper into a pose and build a sense of community and trust. This is our yoga family in action.

We end some sessions with Trataka, or candle-gazing meditation. This powerful practice helps improve focus, calms the mind, and brings a deep sense of inner peace. It’s a beautiful way to close our practice.

The final posture of any good yoga class is Savasana, or the corpse pose. This is the most important asana for absorbing the benefits of the practice, allowing your body and mind to completely relax and rejuvenate.
