For those looking to deepen their practice, we explore advanced postures and the use of props in the Iyengar tradition. Using tools like chairs, ropes, and blocks helps improve alignment, increase flexibility, and safely attempt challenging asanas like headstands and backbends.
Beyond the Pose: Pranayama & Meditation
For me, yoga is more than just physical postures. Every class incorporates pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation to calm the nervous system, improve focus, and connect with your inner self.
Corporate Wellness
I also offer rejuvenating yoga and mindfulness sessions for corporate teams to help manage stress and improve overall well-being in the workplace. These sessions can be conducted online or in person at your office.
