Learning yoga online shouldn't feel like watching a static video. In our live sessions, we prioritize real-time corrections and individual attention, ensuring you understand the mechanics of each pose—whether you are practicing from your living room or joining us at our Kandivali studio.

- Hybrid Flexibility: We operate from our Kandivali West studio in Mumbai, but our live virtual sessions are fully integrated. You get access to the same curriculum, community, and energy.
- Scientific Approach: We follow a structured syllabus aligned with Government (YCB) standards. We explain the 'why' behind every asana, pranayama, and meditation technique, helping you build a practice that is grounded in science.
