About Live Online Group Classes

My classes are not pre-recorded videos that you watch passively. I use multiple screens during our Zoom sessions to actively watch your form, correct your posture in real-time, and make sure you are moving safely. It is like having me right there in the room with you, helping you choose the right comfort level for every stretch.
