Welcome to my practice. Whether you are joining from home or at our Bengaluru studio, I focus on sustainable, alignment-based yoga that helps you reconnect with your body.

Welcome to our group yoga class. Here, we move and breathe together in a supportive studio environment. My goal is to guide you through each posture, helping you find strength and balance, no matter your experience level. This is a space for community and shared energy.

Yoga is a powerful tool for mental well-being. In this video, I share three simple practices you can do daily: mindful breathing, grounding poses like Child's Pose, and a few minutes of meditation. These techniques help calm the nervous system and build mental resilience.

You can practice with me from anywhere in the world. This is a glimpse into my online yoga sessions, where I guide students through live, interactive classes. We use props and modifications to ensure everyone gets a safe and effective practice, right from the comfort of their home.

This is a visual representation of the eight limbs of Ashtanga Yoga as described in the Patanjali Yoga Sutras. My practice is rooted in this ancient wisdom, moving from ethical principles (Yama, Niyama) and physical postures (Asana) towards deeper states of concentration (Dharana) and meditation (Dhyana).
