Join our friendly, non-competitive sessions where we focus on real progress, not perfect poses. Whether you are a beginner or a runner, we build strength and flexibility together in a supportive community.

A quick look at one of my evening classes, where we move through a flow of balancing poses and sun salutations. I love what I do, and it's a privilege to guide my students on their fitness journey.

There is a special kind of magic when we flow together as a group. In this session, we created a human mandala and practiced challenging poses like headstands and wheel pose, supporting and inspiring one another.

Our Wednesday morning sessions are a mix of everything. We start with yoga to work on balance, then head out for a run, and always end with a group photo to celebrate showing up for ourselves.

It takes dedication to show up for an early morning training session. Here, we're working on core strengthening exercises, which are essential for building stability in both yoga and running.

A typical Wednesday session includes core training on the mat followed by an interval run. This combination builds both strength and cardiovascular endurance, making you a more well rounded athlete.

A new month means new goals. Our training sessions focus on functional strength, with exercises like lunges and single leg balances that improve stability and power for running and everyday life.

To celebrate International Yoga Day, we came together for 108 sun salutations. This moving meditation is a powerful way to build heat, focus the mind, and connect with the rhythm of your breath as a community.

About this collection

Our sessions are held in semi-outdoor community spaces, so expect fresh air and a relaxed atmosphere rather than a studio with mirrors. We focus on high-energy functional flows that blend strength with deep stretches, which is perfect if you’re looking to loosen up tight hamstrings from desk work or complement your running routine.

Our sessions are designed to break the monotony of the standard gym experience. We meet in community clubhouses and semi-outdoor spaces across HSR Layout and Bellandur—think natural ventilation, good energy, and no intimidating mirrors.

My approach blends Vinyasa flow with functional conditioning. If you sit at a desk all day or are training for a 10K, you’ll find the deep stretches and mobility work essential. We don't just hold poses; we move through sequences that build core stability and balance.

Consistency is our secret sauce. With 12 sessions per month, the group dynamic keeps you accountable. We keep the class size between 8 and 15, which is large enough to build a tribe and small enough for me to offer guidance on your form. Whether you are a total beginner or a regular runner, you’ll fit right in.

We end every class with pranayama, ensuring you leave feeling grounded, not just worked out. Bring your own mat, water, and an open mind—we'll handle the rest.
