My classes for children aged 3 to 8 are all about playful movement and storytelling, building foundational skills like balance, coordination, and focus. We also run the BBR program, which introduces kids to various sports like running and kho-kho in a fun, supportive team environment.

Join our friendly and non-competitive group sessions, perfect for all fitness levels. We focus on mindful Vinyasa flows, deep stretches, backbends, and end each class with pranayama to leave you feeling calm and centered.

Grab a friend and explore movement in a whole new way with my partner yoga sessions. These classes are filled with laughter and teamwork, helping you build trust, stability, and a deeper connection.

Building Strength & Resilience

My approach goes beyond yoga to include strength and conditioning workouts that build a powerful foundation for any activity. This is where we focus on consistency and hard work, celebrating progress in exercises like push-ups, pull-ups, and weight training.

Corporate Wellness & Special Events

I offer corporate yoga workshops designed to help teams de-stress and recharge, available both online and in-person. We also celebrate community with special events like our Yoga Day jatre and Onam festivities.

My Journey & Inspiration

This is a look into my personal story of transformation, from my early days to overcoming injuries and finding strength I never knew I had. I believe in being real and sharing the struggles along with the wins, because that's what this journey is all about.
