- Transport: Round-trip transportation from Bangalore (e.g., HSR Layout/Silk Board) in a shared AC Tempo Traveller or Mini-Bus. Includes toll and driver charges.
- Stay: 1 Night accommodation in a nature-centric adventure camp. Accommodation is Shared Occupancy (Dormitory or Quad-sharing tents).
- Amenities: Basic bedding and access to shared washrooms. Note: This is a rustic nature camp experience.
Meals & Nutrition
- Full Board Meals: Includes Breakfast, 2 Lunches, Evening Hi-Tea with snacks, and Dinner (Vegetarian/Non-veg options).
- Nutrition Session: A 45-60 minute talk on "Mindful Nutrition," focusing on sustainable eating habits.
- Hydration: Water refills available throughout the venue (BYO bottle encouraged).
Wellness & Activities
- Yoga: 2 Guided sessions (Morning flow and Evening restorative) focusing on mobility and breathing.
- Guided Trek: A 5km - 8km moderate intensity nature trek through rocky terrain/hills.

My Story
Hey, I’m Shanthi – mom of two, runner (barefoot most days!), and a bit wild at heart. Fitness for me? More like a soul reset. I’ve had my share of tumbles – fractured foot, banged-up leg, saree runs gone sideways. Still, I keep showing up, limping or leaping. My crew, my ‘woman tribe,’ keeps me laughing, matching outfits by accident, cheering loud. We’re not chasing perfect bodies here, just real strength and good company.
