Group Yoga and Mobility Classes

Whether you are a complete beginner or looking to sharpen your practice, my group sessions are all about breath, movement, and a judgment-free zone. Come move at your own pace.

A beautiful full moon practice with these strong ladies. We started with a Chandra Namaskar (Moon Salutation) flow and ended with some journaling. There’s something special about practicing together under the open sky.

Working on our splits in a beginner-friendly series during an indoor group class. We use props like yoga blocks to support the body, making challenging poses accessible to everyone. It's all about progress, not perfection.

About this collection

We keep our groups small, typically between 8 to 15 people, so you aren't just another body in a crowded hall. You will actually have space to move, and I make sure you get the personal attention you need to safely master your alignment, whether we are working on deep stretches or learning how to use props like blocks and straps for those tricky poses.

My classes aren't about holding a perfect pose while holding your breath. It is about building a body that moves without pain, which is why I weave injury prevention and mobility work into every flow. If you have spent all day hunched over a laptop, my Vinyasa and Hatha sessions are designed to open those tight hips and release the tension in your shoulders.

We break things down into different formats depending on what your body needs that day:

  • Vinyasa & Hatha: Your classic breath-synchronized flow.
  • Primal Flow: Ground-based movement inspired by animal locomotion. It is tough, fun, and great for functional strength.
  • Flex Flow: This is where we get into the nitty-gritty of injury recovery using mobility dowels.

You will find me hosting these sessions at Golden Bead in Ashok Nagar and BlackBx Studio on Kasturba Road. Both spots have great floor space, but remember to carry your own mat for hygiene. We keep it real, so do not be surprised if I add a bit of journaling or a sound bath with Tibetan singing bowls at the end. It is not just about the workout; it is about checking in with yourself. Whether you are a total beginner or an athlete looking for recovery, there is a spot for you here.
