About this collection
When I walk into an office, the goal is not just to teach a pose. It is to shake off the stiffness that comes from eight hours at a desk. We focus on:
- Desk Mobility: Quick, effective flows to open up tight shoulders, hips, and lower backs caused by long sitting hours.
- Breathwork (Pranayama): Practical tools to manage stress and stay sharp during high-pressure workdays.
- Team Connection: Group movement games that break the ice and build trust, helping your team bond outside of the usual meeting room setting.
Beyond the office, I host community events like our Yoga Day jatre and festival celebrations such as Onam. These are where we bring the tribe together outside of formal settings to connect, celebrate, and recharge.
