Building Strength and Resilience in Bengaluru

Fitness is about what your body can do, not how it looks in a mirror. Whether you are a runner dealing with tight hamstrings or someone just starting out, my sessions focus on functional strength and mobility that you can actually use.

People say I'm lucky to be fit, but this is what that "luck" looks like. It's the consistent hard work, the early morning workouts, the heavy lifting, and the deep yoga stretches. There are no shortcuts on the journey to a strong and healthy body.

Push-ups have never been easy for me, but I keep working on them. This video shows my progress; it's not perfect, but it's doable, and I know that with consistency I will get stronger.

Never miss a Monday! This was a tough full body workout with everything from high knees and burpees to sumo squats and tricep extensions. This is the kind of work that builds real, functional strength.

This is what years of hard work and consistency look like. My transformation wasn't just about losing weight; it was about gaining confidence, resilience, and a healthier lifestyle through dedicated workouts like these.

A quick morning yoga flow on my balcony is the perfect way to start the day. Moving through poses like low lunge, extended side angle, and downward dog helps wake up the body and focus the mind.

Starting the week strong with a Monday morning workout. This session included dumbbell presses, rows, and push-ups to build upper body and core strength, setting a powerful tone for the week ahead.

This is what a balanced workout looks like for me. A PUMA Nitro core session to build stability, followed by a gentle run to clear my head. It's all about listening to your body and finding what works for you.

About this collection

I don't run classes where we just sit and chant. My sessions are functional—we combine Vinyasa flows with bodyweight conditioning like push-ups and plank jacks to build real strength. Whether you're a runner dealing with tight hamstrings or a desk worker needing mobility, we focus on what your body can actually do, not how it looks in a mirror.

My Approach to Fitness

I believe fitness should be a joy, not a chore. My training style is rooted in consistency and progress. I don't care about perfect form or having an 'Instagram-ready' pose. I care about the extra rep, the one more kilometer, and showing up even when you don't feel like it.

Why Functional Strength Matters

Many people think yoga is just about stretching, but my approach in Bellandur and HSR Layout is different. We blend Vinyasa flow with strength training to create a solid foundation.

  • Mobility for Daily Life: We target hip and hamstring tightness, which is common if you have a desk job or are a runner.
  • Strength-Focused Yoga: You will find push-ups, plank jacks, and core-strengthening drills in our flows. The goal is a high caloric burn and building muscle, not just static holding.
  • Community Vibes: Classes are held in semi-outdoor spaces, keeping the energy high. It’s like a fitness jatre (festival) where everyone cheers for the small wins.

Practical Details

If you're joining a group session, expect a community vibe with 8 to 15 participants. We meet 3 times a week for 60-minute sessions. It’s perfect for cross-training if you are a runner, or if you simply want to build a more resilient body.

I also offer private 1-on-1 sessions if you need specific help with injury recovery, advanced skill acquisition like headstands, or if you prefer training at home. No matter the format, my goal is to help you build a body that feels strong, stable, and ready for whatever life throws at you.
