In our group sessions, we don’t just practice side-by-side; we use partner work to deepen stretches and learn the nuance of safe adjustments. You’ll often see us using wall ropes and blocks—not to make things easier, but to ensure your alignment is geometrically precise. It’s about building a practice where you don’t just move, but move correctly, ensuring your body stays supported while you push your boundaries.
Our studio in Janakpuri isn't a gym; it is a space for Sadhana (dedicated practice). When you join our group classes, you are stepping into a community that prioritizes technique over vanity. We keep our batches small, typically 8 to 12 students, because your alignment matters. Whether you are working on the primary series of Ashtanga or focusing on precision with Iyengar-inspired prop work, our instructors are there to provide tactile, hands-on adjustments.
