About Yoga Teacher Training
My Approach
For me, yoga is way more than nailing a handstand. It’s about tuning in, finding some shanti (peace), and really connecting with what’s going on inside. I teach with a lot of love and patience, holding space for you to explore your practice with gratitude and honesty.
Who Finds This Useful
If you feel like yoga is calling you, or you want to go deeper than just asana, you’ll fit right in. Some people join because they want to teach, others just want a big personal shift. Over 35 batches later, I’ve seen all kinds of journeys - no two are ever the same.
What You’ll Find Here
- 200 hour yoga certification: This is where things start, a full-on month digging into the basics and building real confidence.
- 300 hour advanced course: For those ready to go further, we get into more detail, more practice, more self-discovery.
- Yin yoga teacher training and pre and postnatal yoga course: Both are 100 hours, focused, and hands-on. Yin is slow and deep, pre/postnatal is gentle and supportive.
- All courses available in Hauz Khas, Delhi, or online.
My Teaching Style
I care a lot about safe alignment. You’ll see me using all sorts of props - blocks, ropes, bolsters, whatever helps you get there without injury. Everyone’s body is different, so we adapt. Expect a friendly, real community - lots of laughter, some tough days, and plenty of chai breaks.
What to Keep in Mind
This isn’t a quick fix. It’s about showing up, again and again, and letting yoga do its thing. If you’re ready for the ride, I’m here for it.

My Story
Hey, I’m Seema. My studio’s like my second home, honestly. My students call me Seema ji sometimes, and I love seeing all ages grow here – from little kids to future teachers. Yoga’s for every body, not just the flexible ones! We laugh, we celebrate, we even travel on yoga retreats together. I carry my mat everywhere, but I also believe sometimes you just gotta surrender and breathe. This community keeps me grateful.
My Work
Yoga Classes & Courses - I offer group classes, online yoga classes, private sessions, kids yoga, teacher training, and yoga retreats for healing.
Empathy First - I teach with intuition and kindness. Yoga’s for everyone, no matter your age or body.
Props Make It Fun - We use chairs, ropes, walls, and blocks to explore poses and support deeper stretches safely.
Beyond Just Exercise - We connect breath with movement, recharge, and look for inner harmony – it’s not just about asanas.
Community Vibes - Beginners, healers, experienced yogis – all are welcome. We support each other, sometimes even go upside down!
