About About Me
When I started my own yoga journey, I was struggling with chronic cervical and back pain. Nothing seemed to work, but consistent practice helped me heal completely. That is exactly what I bring to my students today: a practical, no-nonsense approach to movement that actually helps you feel better, whether you are dealing with physical pain or mental stress.
For me, yoga is not about performing fancy poses. It is about 'Sarve Bhavantu Sukhinah' (May all be happy). With over 14 years of experience and a certification from the Ministry of Education, I bridge the gap between traditional wisdom and the demands of modern life. Whether you are dealing with office fatigue, tech-neck from long hours at a desk, or just looking to find some peace in your day, my sessions are tailored to what your body actually needs.
My approach is simple: I don't believe in using corporate speak to complicate your wellness. We keep it real. We focus on asanas that address specific issues like lower back pain, migraine, and hormonal balance, often combined with pranayama and meditation to tackle psychosomatic stress. I have taught in diverse settings, from corporate boardrooms for team-building to community parks and schools, and I ensure that every session—whether it is a laughter yoga class or a guided meditation—feels accessible and effective.
