Why Desk Yoga works
Most employees are too busy to change into workout gear or find a gym. That is why I offer 'Desk Yoga'—exercises we do using your existing office chairs and cubicles. It is practical, time-efficient, and allows for immediate relief from eye strain and stiffness. We incorporate deep breathing (Pranayama) and short meditation breaks to clear mental fatigue before a big afternoon meeting.
Scaling for your team
If you are planning an event like International Yoga Day or a company-wide wellness day, I handle the logistics for larger groups of 50 to 100+ participants. I bring my own portable sound equipment and use high-projection techniques so everyone can follow along comfortably. From experience, I know that HR teams have enough to manage, so I provide digital flyers to help you circulate details and build attendance.
