Yoga is not just a practice for me; it is a way of living. I share these reflections from my life, my time in the mountains, and my studio to show you the heart behind my teaching.

Yoga has changed me. It has taught me empathy, forgiveness, and unconditional love. This post reflects on my personal transformation and the ten ways my life has deepened since this journey began.

I have two sides: one calm, one goofy. Life is a play of duality, and the true beauty lies in finding balance. This video is a fun reminder to enjoy all phases of life, the highs and the lows.

Always a farm girl at my core. This is me at my family's apple orchard, embracing the slow, sustainable life that keeps me grounded and connected to my roots.

A slow, rainy evening making mint tea at home in the mountains. As I grow older, I find my joy in a life that is slow and close to nature. It's a therapy that recharges the soul.

My slow morning routine. It's not about doing 10,000 things, but about simple, no-fuss moments like checking my plants and sipping water that make mornings beautiful and set a peaceful tone for the day.

Finding joy in the smallest things, like a good cup of coffee and a quiet moment by the window. I believe experiences, not material things, are what truly help us grow and find happiness.

This year has been all about growth. I've been drawn to reading ancient, authentic books to learn more about our roots. I'm embracing this new phase of learning with one book at a time.

Be like a sun. Raise your energy so high that you become your own cheerleader, radiating happiness and light wherever you go. This is the energy I cultivate and hope to share.

Feeling super grateful for the life I lead. I have found my purpose in spreading happiness, helping others, and continuing to grow on this path of self-discovery and spirituality.

I have grown so much this year. I've learned to heal myself, to love unconditionally, and to slow down. This video is a reflection on my journey of becoming more resilient and embracing my own pace.

About My Philosophy & Personal Journey

People often think yoga is about hitting a perfect pose, but my practice is quite the opposite. I work with students dealing with real-life stressors like anxiety, burnout, or simply feeling disconnected. In our sessions, we focus on somatic releases, not just flexibility. If you are looking for a space to be honest about your struggles rather than just working out, this is the right place for us to start.
