Yoga is not just a practice for me; it is a way of living. I share these reflections from my life, my time in the mountains, and my studio to show you the heart behind my teaching.

Yoga has changed me. It has taught me empathy, forgiveness, and unconditional love. This post reflects on my personal transformation and the ten ways my life has deepened since this journey began.

I have two sides: one calm, one goofy. Life is a play of duality, and the true beauty lies in finding balance. This video is a fun reminder to enjoy all phases of life, the highs and the lows.

Always a farm girl at my core. This is me at my family's apple orchard, embracing the slow, sustainable life that keeps me grounded and connected to my roots.

A slow, rainy evening making mint tea at home in the mountains. As I grow older, I find my joy in a life that is slow and close to nature. It's a therapy that recharges the soul.

My slow morning routine. It's not about doing 10,000 things, but about simple, no-fuss moments like checking my plants and sipping water that make mornings beautiful and set a peaceful tone for the day.

Finding joy in the smallest things, like a good cup of coffee and a quiet moment by the window. I believe experiences, not material things, are what truly help us grow and find happiness.

This year has been all about growth. I've been drawn to reading ancient, authentic books to learn more about our roots. I'm embracing this new phase of learning with one book at a time.

Be like a sun. Raise your energy so high that you become your own cheerleader, radiating happiness and light wherever you go. This is the energy I cultivate and hope to share.

Feeling super grateful for the life I lead. I have found my purpose in spreading happiness, helping others, and continuing to grow on this path of self-discovery and spirituality.

I have grown so much this year. I've learned to heal myself, to love unconditionally, and to slow down. This video is a reflection on my journey of becoming more resilient and embracing my own pace.

About My Philosophy & Personal Journey

People often think yoga is about hitting a perfect pose, but my practice is quite the opposite. I work with students dealing with real-life stressors like anxiety, burnout, or simply feeling disconnected. In our sessions, we focus on somatic releases, not just flexibility. If you are looking for a space to be honest about your struggles rather than just working out, this is the right place for us to start.

Finding Balance in a Dual-Natured World

Yoga is a conversation with the self. When you step onto the mat with me, we are not chasing perfect postures. We are observing the breath, releasing tension stored in the hips and spine, and learning to sit with our thoughts. My approach is rooted in the duality of life. Just as I balance my time between the busy streets of Delhi and the quiet orchards of my home in Kotkhai, my sessions balance intense somatic work with gentle, grounding practices.

My Philosophy on Healing

I don't offer quick fixes. I offer tools to help you heal yourself. Whether you are coming to me for anxiety relief through pranayama or looking for trauma-informed somatic work, my role is to guide you back to your own center. I believe that every relationship and challenge we face is a lesson. My goal is to help you move through those lessons with grace, just as I have had to do on my own path.

How We Work Together

  • Somatic Release: We use deep tissue holds and physical shaking to discharge nervous system energy, especially for those holding stress in the body.
  • Mindful Living: We move beyond the mat. I provide tools for routine restructuring, helping you find small, manageable habits—like calmer mornings—that change how you handle your day.
  • Transparent Guidance: I am just as much a student as I am a teacher. I share my own journey, the days I struggle, and the moments I find joy, so you know you are not alone in your process.

If you are ready to stop racing and start breathing, let's connect.
