Managing hormonal balance, pregnancy wellness, and chronic conditions through therapeutic yoga. Discover a practice that respects your body’s unique rhythms.

My Prenatal Personal Training program is designed to embrace your motherhood journey. I offer tailored yoga sessions focusing on strength, flexibility, and relaxation, with packages of 12 or 24 sessions available.

These images show a prenatal class in session, focusing on powerful yet gentle yoga poses. My goal is to help ease discomfort and improve flexibility for expecting mothers in a supportive community.

This graphic explains why practicing prenatal yoga is so beneficial. It helps reduce back pain, improves circulation, prepares the body for labor, and enhances relaxation through safe and gentle poses.

The Cat-Cow stretch is a wonderful pose during pregnancy. This graphic provides simple, step-by-step instructions on how to perform it safely to maintain spinal flexibility.

Butterfly Pose, or Baddha Konasana, is another excellent prenatal pose. This graphic shows how to sit with the soles of your feet together and gently flap your knees to open the hips.

Malasana, or the Yogi Squat, is a great pose for preparing the body for labor. This graphic demonstrates the proper form, keeping the spine straight and using elbows to open the hips.

Safety is my top priority in prenatal yoga. This graphic lists key safety tips, such as listening to your body, avoiding certain positions after the first trimester, and using props for support.

For women dealing with PCOS, I offer specialized yoga therapy. This image introduces the idea of using specific asanas to naturally manage symptoms and take charge of your well-being.

Bow Pose (Dhanurasana) is a powerful asana for PCOS management as it stimulates the ovaries, boosts metabolism, and can help reduce bloating.

Butterfly Pose (Baddha Konasana) is also beneficial for PCOS. It helps improve circulation in the pelvic region, can regulate periods, and eases bloating.

About Specialized Support for Women's Health

I treat yoga here like a clinic, not a gym class. Whether we are using bolsters for prenatal comfort or specific asanas like Dhanurasana to manage PCOS symptoms, every session is a tailored conversation about what your body needs to find its balance.
