We do not do cookie-cutter classes here. Whether you are signing up for personal training or a focused workshop, we start with a diagnostic chat to understand your body’s specific needs. Think of us less as a fitness studio and more as a yoga clinic, where breathwork, props, and targeted asanas are used to address real-world issues like chronic back pain, high stress, or post-vacation fatigue.

Whether you are dealing with the physical strain of long travel or the mental clutter of a demanding job, I have built structured paths to help you find your balance.

Specialized Programs We Offer

Personal Training: If you have a specific health condition, are recovering from an injury, or simply want a practice tailored to your schedule, this is the most effective way forward. We use Iyengar-style props like belts and bolsters to ensure your practice is safe and deep. You get my full attention, hands-on adjustments, and a roadmap that evolves as you progress.

Vacation Recovery Package: Sometimes you return from a trip feeling more tired than when you left. This 21-day series is a direct response to that. It combines yoga, detox, and therapeutic breathwork to tackle the symptoms of post-vacation syndrome—bloating, anxiety, and sleeplessness. We strip away the noise so you can reset your system.

Yoga Clinics: I am expanding the AthaYog footprint to include dedicated clinics in Jayanagar and Indiranagar. Here, we integrate modern science with traditional healing, including Nadi Shuddhi and somatic practices, to manage lifestyle conditions like PCOS, diabetes, and respiratory issues. This is where science and tradition sit together.

Everything we do is grounded in my 10 years of teaching experience in Bangalore. You do not need to be flexible or 'fit' to start. You just need to show up.
