About this collection

We do not do generic flows here. Every session at my Indiranagar studio starts with understanding your specific stress markers, whether it is insomnia or chronic tension, and uses restorative props to support your body so you can actually let go, rather than just stretching through the strain.

Modern city life keeps us in a state of 'fight or flight', and your body often forgets how to relax even when you are off the clock. My approach at AthaYog is not about pushing your physical limits, it is about signaling safety to your nervous system. By using props like bolsters, blocks, and belts, we hold the weight of your body in poses, allowing your muscles to release deep-seated tension that simple movement cannot reach.

We also integrate specific breathwork, such as Nadi Shuddhi, to balance the left and right hemispheres of the brain and lower cortisol levels. This is not theoretical; you will feel a shift in your heart rate and breath within minutes. Whether you are dealing with burnout from work or just want to find stillness in a loud city, we work together to build a practice that fits your current reality, not an idealized version of it.
