This is what pure joy in yoga looks like. Here, we're exploring a fun partner pose, which helps build trust and balance while sharing a good laugh. It’s a wonderful way for kids to connect.
Teamwork makes the dream work. This human pyramid is one of our favorite group activities, teaching kids about support, stability, and how we can achieve more together.
Look at that smile. This young yogi is mastering Eka Pada Sirsasana, or the leg-behind-head pose, with confidence. My goal is to help every child feel proud of their progress, no matter the pose.
This dynamic standing split variation shows incredible focus and developing strength. We work on poses like this to improve balance and body awareness in a safe and encouraging environment.
Finding a moment of calm. I teach simple meditation and breathing techniques, like this seated Padmasana (Lotus Pose), to help children manage their energy and improve their focus after a busy day.
Taking our practice outdoors. Sometimes we move our mats to the grass to connect with nature. This playful wide-legged stance shows how yoga for children can be fun and liberating anywhere.

It is not about forcing kids to sit still. We mix in Acro-yoga pyramids and dance, which keeps restless children engaged while they build real core strength and flexibility.
Yoga for children should feel like an adventure, not a chore. In our studio, we step away from traditional rigidness and embrace a format that kids actually enjoy. We spend 60 minutes three days a week blending Hatha yoga, dynamic partner stretching, and fun Acro-yoga. These group pyramids and games are not just for show; they build genuine trust and teamwork between the children.
For many parents, the biggest challenge is helping their little ones find a healthy outlet after a long school day. Our sessions provide that much-needed movement. We incorporate breathwork, which we call mindful moments, to help manage energy levels and sharpen focus. We maintain small batch sizes of 8 to 15 students, ensuring your child gets individual attention during poses and stays safe while experimenting with new movements.
Whether your child is shy, super active, or just looking for a new hobby, they have a place here. The studio in AECS Layout is temperature-controlled with wooden flooring, making it comfortable even during the peak of summer. We focus on progress, celebrating the 'Jai ho!' moments when they master a tricky balance or gain enough confidence to try a new inversion. No prior experience is needed.
