- Platform: Live two-way Zoom sessions requiring camera-on for monitoring (not pre-recorded).
- Frequency: 5 sessions per week (Mon-Fri), totaling approx 20-22 classes monthly.
- Timing: Fixed evening slots at 7:00 PM IST with flexible morning batch options.
- Duration: 60 minutes covering active flow, pranayama, and relaxation.
Instruction & Feedback
- Language: Instruction delivered in a mix of Hindi and English (Hinglish).
- Correction Style: Spotlight technique used to identify and verbally correct alignment errors by name.
- Customization: Modifications provided for beginners (props) vs advanced users (power variations).
Curriculum Focus
- Style: Blend of Hatha and Vinyasa Flow including Surya Namaskars and core strength.
- Health focus: Specialized drills for PCOD/PCOS, back pain relief, and digestive health.
- Breathwork: Includes Bhastrika Pranayam and stress-relief breathing techniques.
In-Person Studio Membership (NCR)
Location & Infrastructure
- Venue: Physical centers located in Gurugram/Delhi NCR (Community halls or basic studio spaces).
- Facilities: Functional non-luxury space with tiled flooring, fans, and standard lighting.
- Batch Capacity: Capped at 8-15 participants to ensure individual attention.
- Gear: Participants must bring their own mats (BYOM); instructor provides shared props like blocks/straps.
Training Experience
- Adjustments: Hands-on manual corrections to physically align posture in poses.
- Advanced Training: Guidance on inversions, splits, and flexibility drills utilizing the physical space.
- Energy: Includes group chanting and collective motivation dynamics.
Targeted Wellness
- Specialization: High-intensity flows for weight management and specific stretches for cervical/back pain.
- Monitoring: Periodic verbal check-ins regarding diet, sleep patterns, and health progress.
About Group Yoga Classes
A lot of people think yoga is just about doing tough poses, but for me, it’s about healing from the inside out. In my group yoga classes, we work together as a community. Beginners, advanced, sab ke liye jagah hai yahan (there’s space for everyone here). The real goal? Finding strength you didn’t know you had, not just in your body, but in your mind too.
How We Practice
- Two options: You can join us online (Zoom pe, kahin se bhi) or come for offline community yoga sessions in Delhi NCR. Online group yoga for beginners is super interactive - I’ll personally guide you, even through a screen.
- For societies or friend groups in Delhi NCR, I come to your space for in-person classes.
What We Do in Class
- We use ancient yoga techniques to target every part of your body. If there’s pain or weakness, hum usi pe dhyan dete hain (we focus on that area).
- Physical benefits: weight loss/gain, better flexibility, improved posture, strength building.
- Specific health focus: Yoga classes for PCOD, thyroid, back pain, BP, asthma.
- Mental focus: Yoga for stress relief in groups, better sleep, less anxiety, and more peace.

My Story
Namaskar, I'm Rahul. Yoga for me? Not just finding yourself, it’s about making yourself, little by little. Once, a student told me she’d lost hope after hospitals didn’t work, but yoga felt like magic. Merako hope nahi tha (I didn’t have hope), she said. Giving that hope back – that’s what matters. At Aryan Yogshala, I also do community stuff, like talking to young girls about menstrual health. Yoga is for sabko (everyone). I’m just here to guide.
