Yoga isn’t just a workout for me - it’s a way to build real harmony between body, mind, and spirit. I always say, Swaasthya aapki zimmedari hai (your health is your own responsibility). My group yoga classes are where people come together, slow down, and really take charge of their well-being.
What Happens in My Classes
- We move through asanas (postures), pranayama (breathwork), and short meditation in every session. Sometimes we use props like blocks or chairs so everyone feels included.
- Every week, I mix up the routine to keep things fresh. You’ll find balance, strength, and flexibility improving without even realising.
- Whether you’re a total beginner or already have a practice, you’ll fit right in. I give plenty of options, so no one feels left behind.

My Story
Namaste, I'm Sunil from Kaushalam Yoga. Yoga for me? Way more than stretching. It’s living, breathing, connecting - body, mind, soul, universe, sab kuch (everything). Gita and Bhagavatam guide my practice, and I love sharing asana stories - Simhasana, Trivikrama-asana, each has a myth behind it. I travel temples, ghats, always chasing that real connection. Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam - world is one family, so I teach to help folks find the joy inside. Simple, spiritual, honest.
