About In-Person Community Classes (Delhi NCR)

Unlike typical fitness classes where you are just one of many, our studio batches are strictly capped at 15 participants to ensure I can provide manual, tactile adjustments. When you are holding a foundational pose, I physically guide your posture to prevent strain and ensure you get the maximum benefit from every stretch, whether you are a beginner or looking to advance your practice.

My community yoga classes in Delhi NCR are not about fancy studio aesthetics. The focus is purely on the practice and the results. We operate in functional spaces on Golf Course Road, Gurugram, where the environment is kept simple so you can focus entirely on your breath and alignment.

What to Expect in Class

We dedicate 60 minutes to an active flow that includes Hatha and Vinyasa elements. Because these are small group sessions, I can offer real-time feedback—identifying if your spine is neutral in Downward-Facing Dog or if your knees need support in a standing sequence. We use common props like yoga blocks and straps to make challenging poses accessible for everyone, from absolute beginners to those working on advanced flexibility.
