Here, I demonstrate three powerful yoga asanas for reducing belly fat and strengthening the core. The sequence includes Phalakasana (Plank Pose), Naukasana (Boat Pose), and Uttanpadasana (Raised Legs Pose), all of which engage the abdominal muscles.

This mobility drill combines Gomukhasana (Cow Face Pose) with Garudasana (Eagle Arms). It's an amazing stretch for the upper back, shoulders, and hips, improving posture and flexibility. I also advise modifications for those with knee issues.
