Master the art of control and functional strength through dynamic flows and guided progression.

This dynamic flow combines balance, strength, and flexibility. Moving from a balancing pose to a handstand and into a full split shows the kind of athletic control we build in Power Yoga.

This video shows the progression into an advanced standing split variation of Natarajasana (Dancer's Pose). It requires deep flexibility in the hamstrings and back, as well as excellent balance.

Yoga can be practiced in any attire. Here, a student performs a beautiful standing split in a saree, showing that flexibility and strength are not limited by what you wear.

This is an advanced forward fold that requires extreme hamstring and spinal flexibility. The strength to hold this pose comes from consistent practice and a deep connection to your inner power.

This is Vishvamitrasana, a challenging pose that combines a side split, a twist, and an arm balance. It builds strength throughout the entire body and requires intense focus.

This beautiful pose is a variation of a low lunge with a deep side bend and twist. It opens the hips, quadriceps, and side body all at once.

A compilation of beautiful and advanced yoga poses. This shows the variety of asanas we explore in my classes, from backbends and inversions to balancing postures.

This advanced balancing pose, a variation of Bird of Paradise, requires incredible hamstring flexibility and core control to stay upright.

A classic Natarajasana (Lord of the Dance Pose) with a deep backbend. This pose builds balance and concentration while opening the shoulders and chest.

Another beautiful expression of Natarajasana, focusing on grabbing the foot with both hands to deepen the backbend and shoulder stretch.

About Power, Vinyasa & Advanced Asanas

I do not believe in quick fixes or rushing into complex poses. My approach is 'ek-ek part pe kaam', where we break down difficult asanas into small, manageable drills. Whether we are using a wall for handstand stability or blocks for a deeper backbend, my focus is on helping you understand your body mechanics, not just mimicking a shape you saw online.
